Short Term Boarding

This is our most common request. Whether it is just getting away for the weekend or going on vacation for a week, when you plan your exciting get away, plan for your pets as well. Our daily schedule allows plenty of playtime, so allow us to take care of your pet’s staycation while you are away. Your fur baby will enjoy daily play times with their BFF and lots of love from our staff!

Long Term Boarding

Moving, Remodeling, Out of State, Taking a month-long cruise, Hospital Stays, etc… If you run into a situation where you need to board your pet for an extended amount of time we can accommodate that as well. Your pet will enjoy the same fun activities that our regular boarders are allotted. There is 50% deposit required on the estimated expected time away. If the stay is extended, an additional deposit will be required to cover our cost associated with labor. All long term boarding requests should be completed through our office.

To ensure all pets and humans have a positive experience at CCCR, we require all clients to adhere to the following requirements:

Book Your Pet's Boarding Stay

For current clients, we accept boarding reservation requests through our Customer Portal, and our office! If you request a reservation through the portal, leave a message at the office, or email, please understand that these reservations must be confirmed by us. For the fastest service, we recommend requesting your reservation through our Customer Portal.

We ask all new clients to create an account on our Customer Portal, and requests for reservations can be made through the Customer Portal, and our office. All new pets must complete a Boarding Trial Day prior to their Boarding reservation. Requests from new clients can be confirmed once an account has been created and vaccinations are received.

Trial Boarding

For the safety, comfort, and happiness of every fur baby in our care, we require all new boarding guests to complete a Trial Day before their first reservation. We do trial days Monday – Friday, and we do require them to be scheduled in advance.

This trial day allows us to get to know your pet’s personality, behavior, and comfort level in our environment. It helps us assess how they interact with our staff and allow them to experience our daily boarding routine to ensure they are a good fit for boarding.

Our goal is to create a positive, low stress experience for every fur baby, and the trial day helps set them up for success. It also gives your pet a chance to become familiar with our facility, making future visits more comfortable and enjoyable.

Why we require a Trial Day:

  • Evaluate if your pet is comfortable and suitable for boarding
  • Ensure a safe environment for all pets and staff
  • Help your pet adjust to our facility and routines
  • Identify any special needs or accommodations before an overnight stay

We believe this process helps provide the best possible care and peace of mind for both you and your pet!

Trial Day Fees:

  • Dogs: $32
    • Discounted rate for dogs who board together
  • Cats: $15

What to Bring for Dog Boarding

All dogs must be leashed when entering our facilities. We will hold onto the leash, collar, and/or harness during their stay to ensure a safe transition during pick up.

We recommend that you bring your pet’s food. We do not want to change any dog’s diet that could result in an upset stomach or digestion issues. If we do supply our food there will be an extra charge. We feed all of our boarders at approximately 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. We will serve and prepare each meal exactly the way you request. We’ll accommodate any special dietary needs your pup may have, and won’t charge extra for feeding or administering oral medication. All medications and supplements must be in the original prescription bottle or container. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PILLS IN OTHER CONTAINERS OR BAGS.

We supply bowls, beds, blankets, and toys. We ask that you do not bring personal items. If it is their first stay we will allow small items but it is too difficult for us to keep your items separate if we have to wash it. Be advised we ask all toys stay at home. Your dog may feel possessive of their own toys, and we do not want their favorite toy torn or ripped. Please remember we cannot guarantee any personal items will be returned in the same condition.

What to Bring for Cat Boarding

All cats should be brought into our facility in a carrier. We will hold onto the carrier until pick up to ensure a safe transition during pick up.

Our cat room provides plenty of space for our boarders. It is filled with cat trees, hide out spots, and plenty of beds. We also supply bowls and toys. Please do not bring personal items. We do not want their favorite toy lost or damaged!

What to Expect After Boarding

Do not be surprised if your pet seems to be sleeping or seems worn out. They need rest just like we do and even have naps at CCCR. Our job is to give them the time of their life when you are away and this may wear them out.
